Although we do our best to accurately display product appearance on our website, there may be slight variations between the online images and the actual product. Each piece is handmade and unique, resulting in slightly different colour gradients or shapes. Additionally, there may be air bubbles that have gotten trapped inside the glass during the glass-blowing process. These small alterations are a testament to our hand crafted, personal process. At DECHEM Studio, we take great care to ensure each order is received in perfect condition. We want your delivery to bring you as much joy as possible. Our team meticulously hand-packs every order to ensure the safety and quality of each product. We strive to make each package not only aesthetically pleasing and protective but also environmentally responsible. That’s why our packaging consists of tissue paper, boxes with minimal dyes, and paper-based cushioning materials. Although we have to use plastic materials in some shipments to protect our glass products, we are working everyday towards completely biodegradable packaging.

If your purchase is a gift, please let us know during checkout. We are happy to make the gift even more special by including a card with the DECHEM logo onto which you can write a personal message.

Orders placed in our online store front will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed, allowing you to follow the journey of your purchase. Processing and handling times are generally 1-4 business days. Although we will do our best to quickly get you your order, please note that unforeseen circumstances or shipping delays may slightly affect your delivery time.

If you are local to Prague, we offer pick-up at our studio. Save time and money on shipping costs and check out our showroom by selecting “Local Pick-up” when checking out.

Within Europe, we use GLS Shipping. For destinations outside Europe, we partner with FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer, can vary depending on location. We will keep you informed of shipping prices and information at all times. If you have a preferred shipping service, please reach out to us, and we are happy to arrange a delivery plan that suits you.

Please note that our delivery estimates apply only to in-stock items. Made-to-order or in-house production items will ship with different time frames, which you will be notified of. We insure our products during shipping. From the time your order leaves the studio to the time it reaches your door, we will take care of each item and solve any issue that may arise during transport.
