RESIDENTIAL LIGHTING XIV.

For a unique meat-inspired interior design by architect Iva Hajkova, DECHEM studio contributed several bespoke glass elements that beautifully merge artistic craftsmanship with the space’s unusual theme. Among the standout pieces is a redesigned version of the studio’s Salami lights, which were integrated into the living room as a striking cluster of three pendants. Additionally, these lights were adapted as wall sconces in the bedroom, seamlessly connecting the lighting design throughout the apartment. Another remarkable piece is a custom-made oxblood-red table top created for the apartment’s study. Crafted from solid cast glass, the table features embedded air bubbles and a textured underside, giving the surface a rich, tactile quality while complementing the overall design theme.
